Shipping policy

Most of our items are in stock and ready to ship. However, due to high demand, some products may require 2–4 weeks for production and dispatch after purchase. Estimated shipping times are listed in each product description, and please note that different sizes of the same item may have varying processing times depending on stock availability.

In rare cases, unexpected production delays or a surge in orders may add an additional 1–2 weeks to processing times.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. As soon as your item ships, you will also receive a tracking number so you can follow your delivery. After shipment, most orders are delivered within 3–5 business days via USPS (United States Postal Service).

Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

We are also not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

During sales and promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer due to higher order volumes. Please allow 3–5 business days for customer service responses during these times. We always aim to ship orders as quickly as possible and will communicate any significant delays through our Instagram (@unconditionallove_unclo) and/or email.
